1. Chocolate Toothpaste
Effectively fights tooth decay, re-mineralises and repairs tooth enamel.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
1 ½ tsp. organic raw cocoa powder
6 drops of peppermint oil or 3 drops of clove oil (do not swallow clove oil)
Melt coconut oil.
Combine all ingredients and mix until you have the consistency you want. Pour the Store the paste in a container with a lid.
Cool in refrigerator for about 15 min.
Brush your teeth as usual and rinse.
2. Turmeric Toothpaste For The Bright White Smile
This toothpaste is antibacterial and antimicrobial. It fights common gum diseases, and gives over time a sparkling white smile. But do not spill it on your clothes - turmeric stains are forever.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. or 2 capsules turmeric powder
1-2 drops of peppermint oil
Melt coconut oil.
Combine all ingredients and mix until you have the consistency you want. Pour the Store the paste in a container with a lid.
Cool in refrigerator for about 15 min.
Brush your teeth as usual and rinse.
3. Coconut Toothpaste
This classic also fights oral bacteria and provides a nice fresh breath.
Ingredients
3-4 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
15-25 drops of peppermint oil
Melt coconut oil.
Combine all ingredients and mix until you have the consistency you want. Pour the Store the paste in a container with a lid.
Cool in refrigerator for about 15 min.
Brush your teeth as usual and rinse.
