How To Naturally Increase The Amount Of Eyelashes With One Remedy
I'm breathing down your neck these days Kim Kardashian! Because I've been successful with a homemade serum with castor oil, which I've used on my eyelashes for a month now. Relax - no! The bottom pic is not the total honest result of that. The picture to the right is from the very last time, I had fake eyelashes put on, and where the eyelash technician noted that I had grown many new eyelashes since the last time she worked on them, hence she was able to put many more of the fake once on me... Oh yes my desire for bold, long lashes has sometimes driven me to eyelash extensions - fully aware that they destroy and thin out in my own, and that the glue that's used contains formaldehyde. I've also tried conventional lash serums, but these serums typically contain several parabens and other problematic substances that I can no longer bring myself to put on my skin, which is why I've researched and found a sustainable and natural solution that's effective - and much cheaper.
Castor Oil For Hair Growth
Besides B-vitamins and sunshine castor oil is another excellent "fertilizer" too promote hair growth. Castor Oil is a supreme oil, which over the years has been used by healers for a wide range of ailments — from constipation to colds and fever, and even as treatment against parasitical worms. Castor oil is claimed to be one of the best remedies there is.
Castor Oil is tasteless and odorless oil that is extracted from Castor seeds obtained from the castor plant, which is scientifically known as Ricinus Communis. It's a highly viscous oil, which makes it difficult to work with in general skin care - but which, in turn, works well in hair care and as a lip gloss.
The germicidal, insecticidal and fungicidal properties of Ricin and Ricinoleic acid that is present in castor oil protects the scalp and hair from microbial and fungal infections, the two prime causes of hair loss. In addition to this, the oil easily penetrates the skin barrier and the fatty acids in it nourishes hair and prevent the scalp from drying by retaining moisture well.
