I call this smoothie Sunrise - obviously because of its looks, but also because it can instantly renew my energy. Itβs with mangosteen and hibiscus, and when you mix those two, you get a vitamin-C boost, an anti-oxidant powerhouse, a blood mineralizer, a detoxifier, an anti-inflammatory kick, and a super nourisher with a profound ability to purify and nourish the blood, plus cleanse and nourish the skin.

Maybe a little water or full-fat coconut milk if itβs is too thick.
Pour the mango layer into 2 glasses.
Place the frozen raspberries in the strainer and pour boiling water over them to help burn off potential harmful bacteria.
Rinse out the blender and place all of the ingredients for the red layer in it and blend until smooth.
