Homemade Hemp Milk

Hemp milk. Yums!
This plant milk requires a little more than a flick of your blender’s power switch.
It’s a great on-the-go milk! It takes less than two minutes to make. It’s loaded with healthy bioavailable protein and omega-3s, and tastes lovely!
Recipe
Serves 2:
EQUIPMENT:
Sealed jar or bottle or in a jar with clip fastening. I use these Italian Bormioli bottles, which I bought on Amazon - 6 pcs. for about £23.
Ingredients:
2 cups filtered water
1/2 cup shelled hemp seeds (I soak them for a few hours, but not necessary)
1 tbsp. raw organic almond butter
3 dates, pitted (optional)
Pinch salt.
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high speed for about 30 sec. or until the hemp seeds are totally pulverized.
Enjoy or Store the milk in a covered container in the refrigerator. It should keep for 3 to 4 days.
